Beaverton Youth Boys Basketball PrograM

It is the mission of the Beaverton Youth Basketball Program to educate and empower today's youth with confidence, commitment and integrity, so they can live a productive and successful tomorrow. Our goal is to teach young athletes respect for themselves, their peers and their community by instilling a code of ethics built on honesty, responsibility and team work.

Together, our players, families and volunteers work with unyielding spirit to cultivate a safe and disciplined environment so every child can reach their full potential, develop their talents and increase their skills in the game of basketball and more importantly... life.

Future Beaver YDP Basketball 2022-2023

All 5th-8th grade boys who are planning to attend Beaverton High School and are interested in playing basketball for the highly competitive YDP program are invited to attend clinics and tryouts run by the Beaverton High School Program.

Two teams will be made for each grade level to maximize player coaching and development. Teams will practice two to three times per week and play in 8 weekend tournaments.

Cost is $400 and includes YDP fees, insurance, practices, and tournaments. Uniforms and shooting shirts are not included in the cost and can be purchased separately. These may be re-used from year to year and purchased after tryouts.
